About Viva
Viva is a resurrected corpse kept alive by a symbiotic relationship with the fungus growing in their body and the determination of their mourning family. After coming to terms with their situation, they decided to take on this new life with a new passion for their art and being a positive influence, wanting to take advantage of this second chance.

Payment must be delivered before the finished commission is handed over. Note that if payment is not given, I may not start your commission until it is. Half can be paid if you are unsure for bigger purchases up to the sketch phase. Once the wip has been approved, the rest of the payment must be given before the finished product can be delivered. All commissioners will be given a full high resolution image of their commission upon completion.Excessive edits throughout the commission process, especially past the sketch phase, may lead to additional editing fees.All purchased illustrations have a separate commercial rights fee. If you want to use any commission for profit or commercial purposes, you must inquire about purchasing the rights to the commission. Purchasing the commercial rights to a commission does not include the right to mint and sell the artwork as an NFT. For this reason, ALL works will be delivered with a signature unless commercial rights were purchased as well.What kind of material will I draw for a commission?

Refunds cannot be issued after the commission is completed. Refunds cannot be issued especially after the commission is completed and delivered. If I am working on your commission and you wish to cancel, you must still pay for the work already done. If no work is done yet, then you will get a full refund.
